I met client KIM for the first time at the Brown Brothers International Beauty Show in the United States in 2020. Not familiar with each other, we exchanged a few words of greeting and contact information. I didn’t expect this encounter to lead to our later cooperation. Client KIM came to me suddenly and asked me if I could send the whole batch of goods he needed before Christmas. Receiving the message, I felt surprised as we didn’t contact much. Client KIM told me that one of his suppliers was gone, making the company he works in short of goods and relevant assistance. He had been attempting to find a supplier who can accept this urgent order but was rejected by all suppliers he contacted. The epidemic has indeed crushed many suppliers: making them go bankrupt and resign their businesses. . I introduced the wig process and the quality of the wigs produced by our company in detail to client KIM and ensured that the goods required by client KIM can be delivered on time before Christmas. At first he was worried, but seeing that we followed up the order frequently until the goods were delivered perfectly without any error, client KIM said that he deeply believed that we pursued efficiency and high quality and possessed courage and strength that other suppliers lacked. Knowing that the client had such a special requirement, our supervisor informed all employees to increase production volume, striving to finish the production two weeks ahead of schedule on the premise of ensuring that the wigs were all high-quality and in the end successfully solved the problem. We don’t say sweet words but we only do practical work to prove our competence.
